Deceptive

I stayed six months. Was told I'd receive a deposit after 30 days, it's been 60+, unit was infested with cockroaches - you will need your own roach spray and to continuously request for it to be taken care of, next door neighbor is extremely disruptive and will knock on your door every night if you are a female, not ideal for two people, I rented for 1900 and it was very over priced, there is about to be construction directly in front of the house so be cautious of that come summer time.
