One Bedroom Apartment in Beautiful Beverly Neighborhood

Exceptional property and owners!!

This apartment was the very best thing about my stay in Chicago. I arrived in late spring and was able to enjoy a lush green hideaway all summer. It truly was amazing! The interior was beautifully and creatively decorated and supplied with the basics above and beyond my needs. Ben and Rashelle were wonderful hosts, very engaging but also very considerate and generous with shared spaces. Any issues were small and were resolved ASAP. Having such a warm safe comfortable home away from home is a great blessing when you're a traveling professional. They're the best !

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

I cannot say enough about how cozy and welcome I felt during my stay. The owners welcomed me into their home and were always a text or call away if I needed something. As someone coming from a small town, I was very nervous and hesitant about living somewhere like this, but this has been a wonderful experience and I could not ask for a better place to stay. I worked at Little Company of Mary which is only a couple miles away. There are restaurants of all kinds close by, along with stores/pharmacies/etc. This is a wonderful place to stay with great people. They have a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The place has everything you need! I can go on and on about this place and how grateful I am to the owners. This is a great choice if you are having trouble finding somewhere in this area. You will not be disappointed!!!
