Great apartment

My husband and I lived in this apartment during Summer of 2025, and would highly recommend it. Here is what we liked: - Location: Right in front of a bus stop that takes you anywhere, a Microsoft Connector stop (25~35 minutes to campus), and a short walking distance to the Monorail. Right next to the Climate Change Arena, where all the events are. - Neighborhood: <5 minute walk to a park, coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, gyms/yoga/pilates, Safeway, and our favorite burger place, Dick's! Lots of foot traffic, but feels safe. - Interior: Includes a very comfortable bed, sofa, dining table, closet, etc... All supplies for cleaning and cooking were provided. Bright and airy (thanks to skylight and large window). - Landlord: Kelly is professional, effective, and responsive. It is clear from the state of the apartment that he has taken great care and pride in it.
