The peaceful patio & backyard mountain views are shared with the hosts & occasional grandchildren. It has a small propane grill for your use, as well as a fire pit in the backyard.

Perfect Short Term Rental
The apartment was everything I needed for a travel contract in Prescott. The views in the backyard are so nice, the apartment had everything I needed for cooking, and was the perfect size. The location is great, about 15 min to downtown and nestled perfectly away from major traffic. Suzanne and Mike are the best landlords and the sweetest people and I wish I could have stayed longer

Casa Sanchez was a wonderful place to stay during my clinical rotation in Prescott Valley! So homey and provided everything I needed. The view was beautiful and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

Home away from home.
Best place ever, very comfortable, and peaceful, the owners made you feel welcome and it was like home away from home.
