**RENTERS BEWARE***

Upon arriving at this property I found roaches, spiders on the kitchen counter, dirty dishes in the sink, trash under the bed. I spoke with the landlord, Sophie describing the property as unfit for rental. At this time I asked if she would be able to refund the deposit. She said yes, I'm so sorry about all this" and said it would take her a little time to get the deposit back to me because she is busy. So waited 3 days only to find she blocked my number and has not returned my deposit.
