Great location with extremely kind and hospitable host - communication is quick and easy and the whole place is comfortable. You can walk to restaurants and shopping, as well as the beach. M made the whole process extremely easy.

Cute studio!

I enjoyed staying in this cute studio for 2 months. The location is perfect! A short walk to the beach, Newport, and central to all bars/restaurants in OB. Sunset cliffs is also a walkable distance! M was amazing also! She is very quick to respond to any issues and sweet enough to allow you to use the hot tub and other fun things she has. The studio itself has everything you need to be comfortable. I highly recommend staying here and wish I was staying longer!

Charming OB Studio

M's place is brand new, cozy, clean & the perfect location. My favorite part was the location. Seriously can't be beat & the rooftop views are incredible from M's deck. So close to the beach, farmers market, & main OB shops. The bed was very comfortable & had a large shower. The studio has a full sized fridge, which is also very nice for a studio to have. M is very thoughtful about letting you park in garage, & use hot tub! She also has extra storage space in the garage she let me use. I loved it & would definitely stay again.
