Cute house close to hospitals and trails

This is a great house with everything you could need! There are two nature trails literally across the street that are perfect for recreation and dog walking! Safe and quiet neighborhood with sweet neighbors on both sides! It was less than a ten minute drive to North Kansas City Hospital. K was very attentive and great to work with! Extra bonuses included the robot vacuum and security system! This was one of my favorite houses I have rented!

Great 6 month stay

The neighborhood was pretty quiet and had friendly neighbors. It's a Kansas City address but pretty much in Gladstone. I recommend staying north of the city in this area though. It was really close to everything - grocery, gas, food, etc. And about a 10 minute drive to Childrens Mercy in the morning. I really appreciated the alarm system. Made me feel safe while staying there alone. The wifi was fast, never had issues with it. The house was not as clean as I hoped upon arrival, and there were some issues with the washer during my stay. But K was a great landlord, helpful, and very easy going. I would definitely stay here again! Side note - be prepared for hard water if you are used to soft water!
