Great location and very nice condo

Property owner (C) was fantastic. We were in desperate need of temp housing due to job relocation and quickly had to setup something that had 3 bedrooms for my wife, I, and 2 kids.. and near Boulder where I work. The drive to work for me was 20 min, the location was great with walking distance to the community center and park, and only a few blocks away from downtown with restaurants, and shops. The property was in great shape and we were able to bring our dogs with us (small guys) so it was such a blessing to not just find a place, but find such a nice place. The balcony off the primary bathroom was great to sit on and watch the sun set over the mountains. There were mountain views from that room and bathroom. C was always available and easily reached with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend and would use it again (will be recommending to family who may visit us). Thanks C!

Best place to stay

This home has everything you will ever need. Walking distance to the best coffee in Erie, bike to all the downtown restaurants, play at the pool at the rec center across the street. The owner is incredibly attentive and will take care of your every need. We would stay here again and again!
