Wonderful SLC Location

I stayed for 3 months in Js place. The location is incredible for walkability, access to the highway and outdoor spots. The space has everything you need in terms of amenities, a comfy mattress, w/d in the unit, and a cute porch for storage if needed. Covered parking in the winter as well. overall would reccomend

Safe and Happy

Easy walking access to restaurants, multiple grocery stores and brew pubs. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Superb landlord!

6 month summer stay 2023

Had a great stay with my friend here for 6 months this summer. The location is great for easy access (~20 min walk) to nice restaurants, bars, breweries, parks, groceries, etc. The apartment was very clean/well kept and John was an awesome host that was super attentive when we had any questions or concerns.

Great place!

Js place is awesome. The apartment is newer and has everything you need for a 3/6 month stay. The kitchen is large and great if you cook your own meals. The location is close to parks restaurants and grocery stores. The U of U is about 10 minutes away and is an easy drive. One perk about this rental that is rare in SLC is the off street designated covered parking. Overall this is a great place to stay if you are in SLC for an extended time.

Four month summer stay

Great property with a nice parking spot, outdoor porch, and everything you need inside. Easy quick trip to shopping areas and the highway.
