Awesome place and owner

Loved my stay here! Very clean place, and the large backyard was great for my dog. The stuff like linens, mattress, kitchen ware, and appliances, seemed higher end, which is rare for a short term rental. Owner was very responsive and understanding when my contract was ended early, and gave back full security deposit next day after move out. Overall, a great experience!

Loved Our Time Here

We loved staying here! Stephanie was always there to answer questions and thorough in all dealings with the lease. The house is well-maintained and stocked with everything we needed. Plus, there is a great fenced in backyard. The location is close to so many places, including downtown. We took frequent walks around the area to various shops and establishments!

Great Space and Location

This is a fantastic rental. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is well furnished. Smart tvs in the living and bed rooms. The showers have great water pressure and the beds are comfortable. Washer and dryer work like a charm. No matter how long youre staying its an enjoyable space and ticks off all the most important items. Its centrally located in Pensacola so downtown is 3 minutes, the mall area is 5, and the beach is 15. It also has a driveway in a neighborhood with mostly street parking. The back patio and fenced yard has been fantastic for evenings watching the bats fly and playing with the dog. Best of all: the owners are really thoughtful and have great communication. She has been a pleasure to work with and the house has been a wonderful home for the last six months.
