Renter BEWARE!

Various contractors caused at least 25 disruptions. One bedroom became inhabitable for six weeks (Flood and MOLD). The remediation company told me there was mold; the homeowner lied. I hired a licensed third-party evaluation, and there is mold in the home. The homeowner refused to reimburse the $385 fee for the evaluation. Even though I had paid until the end of October, the homeowners demanded that I vacate the property within five days. The homeowners had NO legal grounds to demand my early eviction. I assumed a hotel rental and had no choice but to leave my belongings in the home as my new house was unavailable until Oct. 23rd. You have been warned. These people are not honest, use bullying tactics, and have very little concern about folks' well-being.
