Excellent Home

Im a traveling medical professional and I totally enjoyed my stay here in this house. I rented my room for a year and never had any issues with this place. The other tenants all kept to themselves but also looked after each other when it came time to. The house is very clean and comfortable and the landlord is very pleasant and always professional. I hated leaving but my contract was over and it was time to move on.

Peaceful Spring Stay

My boyfriend and I stayed here in the spring of 2025 while we were in Seattle temporarily and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All of our house mates were very kind and welcoming, and the location was great given it was so close to public transit and nearby shops. But my favorite part was how peaceful that neighborhood is. Right outside the bedroom window we would watch bunnies jump around, flowers bloom, and the rain pour. Going on walks was a great way to unwind given how quiet the neighborhood is and how many trees there were, we also enjoyed walking to Washington Lake quite often. The house had everything we needed and even though there were a decent amount of people who lived there, since there were 3 levels to the house there was quite a lot of privacy. I would definitely recommend this stay and I look back fondly on my time here. Thank you!!!

Amazing finished basement home-away-from-home

I have a very wonderful stay at this home away from home while in Seattle as a travel nurse. The host was always super communicative and available at all hours. The place exceeded my expectations. Location was great because it was far enough from the city to be more peaceful and close enough to commute without a car. The space is super organized with fridge, pantry and rooms labeled. The finished basement stays super cool in the summer and just right in The winter. It is also perfect for the day sleeper with large doors to shut out the light. When I go back to Seattle it will only be when I am able to return to this spot to stay.
