A really nice place to stay

I was able to stay at this apartment for a summer internship and Im so glad I found it. Mr. & Mrs. Erwin were the best, they welcomed me with open arms and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The apartment had all the amenities necessary to have a nice stay, plus it has a laundry, which was super convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and during my stay the trees were colorful and pretty, which made it even nicer. Its walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, etc. It was overall a really nice stay and its definitely a go-to when being in Durham.

Beautifully setup and cozy apartment in Durham

I had the privilege to stay at the apartment during my visit to Durham and by far this has been one of my fondest stays in recent times. The owners are extremely considerate, kind and accommodating. The apartment has a very welcoming ambiance and I could feel being at home during my time at their place. The apartment is well equipped with all the necessities would one require. The screened porch adds to the overall highlight of the place - a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Furthermore, it is located close to Harris Teeter store, many cafes, restaurants and a bus stop. It is also at a walkable distance to the Duke University Hospital and its affiliated healthcare facilities, adding to the convenience of travelling healthcare professionals. The said apartment would definitely be my go-to accommodation whenever I happen to be in Durham again. With this, I extend my extreme gratitude to the owners for their thoughtfulness and amazing hospitality.

Review Studio Apartment

I stayed in this apartment during my exchange semester at Duke, and it was a great experience. The place was super clean when I moved in. B and H were exceptional hosts throughout my stay. They were always approachable, supportive, and ensured I had everything I needed, making me feel right at home. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful , adding to the overall comfort. The apartment had everything I needed bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, even two refrigerators, etc. I also had a desk, chair, and a study lamp, which made it perfect for studying. It was really well set up for a long stay. There are plenty of shops and a supermarket within walking distance, and its easy to get to Duke campus or hospital with a bus stop just a short walk away. The location is super convenient overall. I had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Durham. It is a comfortable place with great hosts and everything you need.

The best nice and cozy place with lovely owners in Durham

I had the pleasure to stay in this nice, cozy, and lovely studio located in a safe, and friendly neighborhood in Durham, NC for a duration of three months. My stay at the studio was exceptionally positive and perfectly suited my needs as a travel professional. The studio is conveniently located near the hospital I worked; additionally, just a few minute from grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The studio was in pristine condition upon my arrival. It has fantastic amenities, including a communal laundry room, an efficient kitchenette, a confy sleeping area, an office desk and high-speed Wi-Fi. The lovely couple, Mr. and Mrs. E were always reachable by phone or email and I was kept informed about any scheduled maintenance or community updates. Overall, my experience with Mr. and Mrs. E was outstanding. I highly recommend this lovely studio to others and would consider staying again in the future.

Sweet southern house with lovely owners

I am so grateful for having found this place here. The apartment is very comfortable and suited all the needs for my one-month stay while doing a clinical elective at Duke. It has excellent appliances and is situated in a lovely neighborhood near the main campus/hospital. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. E, were the nicest people. They were very thoughtful and kind from the first day to the last and made sure I had a perfect stay. I left with wonderful memories and willing to come back someday. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone, for either short or long stays. Flawless experience!

Best place to stay in durham

It has been one of my best stays ever. B and H are really amazing hosts and you will surely feel like a family with them. They are always there for any help and support, and are very much caring. I really feel it's the best place one can be in durham if planning to visit. The location is very nice, calm and peaceful. It is very close to duke university and hospital with buses like H1 or even by walking. Be it grocery store like harris teeter, restaurants, cafe etc all are very close. The place is well furnished, clean and equipped with almost everything one would need for a stay like kitchen utensils, bathroom towels, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, water filter, room air filter, study table, chair, lamp and etc. I would love to stay again with them and enjoy in this beautiful place with such an amazing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place and assure it will be worth staying here.
