Home away from home
We loved Jake's place. We stayed for 3 months, and it was very comfortable. The area is beautiful with tons of opportunities for outdoor activities. The apartment was clean with everything you need. Jake was quick to respond if there was ever a question. Well-kept property. I would definitely stay again

Exceeded expectations!
The place is very comfortable, central and well taken care of. The landlord is exceptional and quick to resolve any issue. During my stay he updated the Air Conditioner and always made sure things were working. I locked myself out one time and he came to open the door in no time. I stayed in this apartment for over 12 months and never had an issue. There is always parking and the landlord is very responsive and respectful of your space. I 100% recommend.

Quiet, very clean, responsive landlord
Very convenient location, close to the freeway to get to downtown as well as hiking and many other amenities nearby. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. The unit itself is comfortable and was clean on move in. Importantly in the summer the cooling system works very well, never felt overheated despite the high temperatures! Most everything needed for an extended stay was provided as well. Landlord is responsive to requests and questions, very friendly overall.

Great foothills location; like-new furnishings
For anyone who enjoys hiking, this apartment is in a great location, in very close proximity to trailhead access points to the Sandia Mountains Foothills Open Space. It is also an easy 20-minute drive to UNM hospital. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and was comfortable and quiet throughout my stay. The appliances all worked well, and the bed and bedding were great. The property owner made the rental process easy and was super-responsive to any questions I had.
