This property is far more beautiful than the pictures show, and had everything we could have needed and more. As someone who loves to cook, the kitchen was wonderful and fully stocked with high quality cookware, spices, and baking items that Renee was insistent we use as needed. Upon arrival, R and B met with us and were so kind, having toiletries and paper items stocked for our needs even beyond what we would have expected them to provide. The patio area is a dream, so nice to have an outdoor private space. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. There are walking trails and a cute coffee shop next to the neighborhood. There is a nice gym that R was kind enough to give us her membership cards to use. The couch upstairs is so comfortable, it made our tv watching evenings so cozy. I have stayed many places as a travel nurse, and this location, the home itself, and R are some of the best of the best I have experienced. I highly recommend staying here.

Home away from home

This place is located in a great neighborhood with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Theres a small gym where locals meet to play volleyball & basketball. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for guests or roommates. The kitchen had plenty of space and had great natural light during the day. This place has a top notch security system that made me feel safe and that I could leave knowing my belongings were safe. R, the landlord, made sure I had everything I needed and more before she left and if I did need anything she was a phone call away. The airport is 10 minutes away which made things easy as well. Starbucks is right down the street and there are plenty of places to walk including a lovely mile long trail nearby. I would absolutely live here again it was a perfect place to stay while I worked in colorado.
