I stayed at this property for 4 months while completing a travel assignment in the area. I enjoyed my time there! I found this property sort of basic/ plain, but cozy! The accommodations could fit 2 people+. The house is clean, the area is quiet and the best part of the house is the access to the water canal right behind the house where I loved spending time during the day. Also, safety is always a huge priority to me since I work different schedules, and never had an issue, nor concern while living at that property. The landlord is friendly, accommodating and easily to contact if needed. A couple of house issues came up while I was living there, and he addressed them right away. Additionally, the Private parking that is big enough for 2 vehicles was helpful too. Lastly, the location is close to downtown Cape Coral and Yacht Club beach area if you don't feel like crossing the bridge to Fort Myers. Everyone I encountered that works at this property was nice and polite.
