Private bedroom with a shared bathroom. House is very clean and smoke free. Both of the current roommates work full time and are responsible. Although the room in the picture does not have furniture, furniture will be provided. The house does currently have pets: 4 cats, 1 dog, and 4 chickens. All animals are extremely well behaved and friendly. Any animals will require an extra $200 non-refundable deposit per animal.
