Beautiful home & great location!

This townhome has a very clean and modern aesthetic while still feeling homey. The commute to OHSU is perfect, approximately 10 min away. I also have loved being walking distance to the South Waterfront walking path. Adam has been an extremely responsive and helpful landlord, answering questions any time! I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to all!

Great place to stay!

This property is very well managed and has been amazing to stay in. The landlord is very prompt with responding and answers all of our questions. The place is nice and neat! It came with everything we needed as travel nurses! 100% recommend staying here if you can!

Incredible stay!!

I HIGHLY recommend booking this property. My friend and I are both travel nurses at OHSU and Providence St. Vincent and this location is perfect for us, just a 5-15 min drive to work. Its also only ever a 10 min drive away from restaurants, grocery stores, bars, etc. The house itself is absolutely beautiful. The views are stunning and everything we could possibly need has been provided. The fireplace is my favorite part of the house, makes the living room so nice and cozy! All the appliances are updated, the furniture and decor are all so beautiful, and I love that there is a two car garage. Theres so much space that we never feel crowded, but at the same time, the common areas are so welcoming and cozy for lounging around. Our landlord is always fast to respond and accommodating to our needs. Hell fix any issue we may have within a day or two. Ive been travel nursing for over a year now, and this has been my favorite living arrangement so far!
