Best short term lease in Cary!

My stay here has been nothing short of incredible. This was the perfect short term lease for me being new to area and wanting a comfy place to stay while exploring my housing options. Angela was a wonderful host from start to finish. The place looks exactly as pictured and described. I had everything I needed and If there was something I did not have or needed to borrow Angela was more than accommodating. Though attached to the main house, noise was never an issue on either end. The neighborhood was very safe and a quick 15 min drive to pretty much any city/town in the RDU(Morrisville, apex, Raleigh, Durham, holly springs). Stairs to enter the apartment are pretty steep so be prepared for that but otherwise I have no complaints about my stay/experience here and can say it is a wonderful accommodation if you're seeking a short or long term rental!

Perfect spot for a seasonal gig in Raleigh!

Angela's mother-in-law apartment was the perfect spot for my 7 month stay this summer in Raleigh. The apartment was so clean and spotless when I moved in, and it had so many updates + gadgets that showed Angela really put a lot of thought into making the apartment a great place to live. The location is great regardless of if you'll be spending more time in Raleigh or Cary. The neighborhood always felt safe, even as a single woman living there. Despite the apartment being connected to Angela's house, it has it's own entrance and had no noise bleed from the main house so it always felt very private. Angela was super responsive with any questions and was an awesome landlord. I definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely stay!

Property is exactly how it looks in the pictures! Perfect space for a solo traveler or a couple. Landlord is super sweet and accommodating to any of our needs. Pretty quiet and safe area. You do have to back out of the driveway onto a main road but otherwise easy to get to and navigate the area with not too much traffic, other than on the nearby highways during rush hour. Super close to Downtown Cary Park as well, which is awesome, and a short drive to downtown Raleigh (10-15 min). Only complaint is that the apartment smelled like cats on move in from previous tenant, but that subsided pretty quickly.

Great location

This property was perfect for me and my girlfriend while we worked a travel PT contract in the Raleigh area. It was very quiet and felt like our own private apartment. The landlord was very responsive and accomodated to all our needs. We loved going to the downtown Cary park on the weekends!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Staying in this wonderful private mother-in-law suite in Cary, North Carolina for the past eight months has been amazing! The owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. S and A are deeply kind people, you will LOVE them! The beautifully furnished suite includes a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, a spacious bedroom, a dedicated workspace, and great water pressure. The private entrance and dedicated parking were very convenient. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major highways and downtown Raleigh, the suite offers both privacy and convenience. The owners exceptional hospitality and attention to detail, from the kitchen items to ensuring security with automated locks, made our stay truly enjoyable. The old tenant left her Netflix account active on the TV, so we had FREE NETFLIX TOO! This rental was more than just a place to stay; it was our HOME! I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable and cozy place to live in beautiful Cary.

Cozy apartment

A and S were very gracious hosts . They respected my privacy and were always easy to contact if I needed something. The apartment was as advertised . It was cozy home away from home. I would rent from them again if i were in the Cary area.

Absolutely the best place ever!!

By far the cleanest, most thoughtfully prepared apartment for travel personnel!! Everything needed was included. Very comfortable. Loved the kitchen and the living room especially!! Also, the best people ever to rent from!! I hated to leave!!

Great apartment

This is a newly renovated, clean apartment with plenty of room and fully furnished with well equipped kitchen . A is very responsive and considerate and goes out of her way to accommodate. It has a nice washer and dryer and separate Hvac controls, designated parking . I would highly recommend it.
