My boyfriend and I stayed here from the last few days of March thru May 1st of this year. We really enjoyed our time spent here. Erin has a beautiful house and she's a great host. She's very responsive and handled any issues that arose promptly. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you need. The king size bed upstairs is super comfortable too. We didn't use the other rooms too much, but we enjoyed the back deck a lot. We ate most of our meals there and had our morning coffee. We enjoyed feeding the squirrels in the back and looking at the gorgeous view from across the river. We walked along the levee and took walks throughout the neighborhood. It's quiet and peaceful. It's a cute area and very walkable. Lots of good restaurants nearby and a good coffee shop too. We were able to bring our cat which was nice and we loved being able to do laundry on-site. Overall we would highly recommend this place to rent. We would definitely stay again. We loved this spot. 10/10

Dayton House

I stayed for a few months, the house is absolutely amazing, Erin (owner) Was a fabulous host. Always made herself available anytime I reached out. If I make it back to this area I will definitely call her before looking anywhere else! Thank you Erin for such a wonderful stay in the Cincinnati area!!!

Cozy Dayton Home

My stay at Erin's two-bedroom home in Dayton was delightful. My small chihuahuas loved having a fenced backyard where they could run and play freely. There was ample street parking, with enough space to comfortably park my large vehicle in front of the house each day. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near parks and the river, which makes for a peaceful walk. Several charming shops, cafs, and restaurants are within walking distance, and the interstate is just a short drive away. I highly recommend staying hereits only a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown and UC Medical Center. Thank you, Erin!

Quiet neighborhood!

This is a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors, and very close to the downtown area with several restaurants and bars. Was only about 10-15 minute drive to UCMC. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay. The location is phenomenal, the neighbors are great and the house is beautiful. You are minutes away from restaurants, bars, shopping and downtown. Very close to the highway for easy access. Beautiful house with lots of character and space to entertain. I highly recommend!
