Had a great stay! I rented the property for 9 months while working at Seattle Childrens. The location was great, about 20 min from work and right in between Ballard and Fremont so lots to do nearby. Walking distance from Trader Joes and Fred Meyer was a plus! The property was clean and had everything I needed. I loved all of the natural light from the many windows. There was plenty of parking available. Aseem was a responsive and helpful landlord. Would recommend this property!

Amazing Property
This is the best place I have ever lived in. It was comfy, spacious, modern, and included everything I needed to live in for 4 months. The owner was very accommodating and quick to reply to messages if anything was wrong while also respecting my privacy. The property felt huge due to the high ceilings and separate bedroom, washroom, and kitchen + living area. There is also lots of natural lighting which felt amazing. I always felt very safe at the property and it was close to many bus stops and a grocery store which made traveling without a car very easy. I would live here again in a heartbeat!

I stayed here during my travel contract in Seattle. Location was really great and in a fun part of town. There is a few homeless nearby but it was never an issue for me and I did not feel unsafe ever! There is a parking spot in the back that was super convenient. The space itself is super nice and clean. I really enjoyed staying here! Highly recommend

Cozy, Bright one bedroom apartment
This apartment was such a blessing for my first travel contract. I worked at Seattle Children's as a travel nurse and it was very convenient for my commute to work (about 15-30 minute drive depending on traffic/route). Plus, it is located near many great restaurants, bars, shops, etc (close to Ballard and Fremont). Also only 10 minutes from Golden Gardens. The apartment is perfect for one person and was stocked with kitchen tools, linens, towels. It has a lot of natural light and a good amount of storage. It was very comfortable for my stay in Seattle and Aseem was very accommodating and helpful if any problems or concerns arose. The parking is a huge plus as well. I never had to worry about finding a street parking spot with the spot in the back available for me.
