Quiet Getaway

This apartment was great to rent while in graduate school- the property is beautiful and set back from any highway noise, the neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is quaintly decorated with updated appliances. The landlords live upstairs and can only be heard moving about the kitchen area above the apartment at mealtimes, otherwise are not audible. Simone was easy to get ahold of if needed, accommodating of move-in/out dates, and overall wonderful to work with. The bike ride into town does include a strenuous/steep hill to get to the property, but the drive to campus is quick when the weather was not ideal. I enjoyed renting at this location and would do so again should the need arise.
