Revitalized Downtown Gilbert Home

Great location in the Heart of Gilbert

Overall the location is fantastic! Its within walking distance to the historic downtown Gilbert area with easy access to all the attractions in that area. The house itself is well cared for and it shows. The furniture and mattresses are comfortable and in good condition. The backyard is fenced and the privacy is nice to have. Be prepared to spray for weeds as part of the landscape maintenance, its your responsibility. The neighborhood is quiet and overall in a good safe area. The owner is very responsive and great to deal with. I would definitely recommend staying here for any length of time.

5 Star Home, Landlord and Experience

First time using FF and D made the entire experience very simple and pleasant! The home was absolutely beautiful as described, with quality home upgrades, aesthetic modern designs, appliances, furniture, artwork and TV. Very spacious rooms, bathrooms, backyard and garage. Very close to down town Gilbert, Costco and the freeway. Neighborhood was quiet, clean and away from busy traffic. Neighbors were also great and quiet. I would highly recommend this home and property owner on FF, and renting in general. D is very nice, communicative and responds quickly. She will also take care of any needs or concerns promptly! I already miss this house. I would definitely rent again and/ or from her. 5 stars, A+++++

Great for Travelers!

This furnished rental is the perfect place in Gilbert. Its a 3-5 min walk into downtown that has the best food, bars, shops etc. Its super nice having a backyard and theres cornhole and patio seating. The house itself is amazing, all three bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. The bathrooms have fancy mirrors and very modern showers. Comes with washer and dryer and dishwasher and the fridge is massive. TV is huge and has everything youd possibly want to watch. Also, having a garage is amazing. D responds quickly and is easy to communicate with, she even put a desk in the guest room so we could work from home! She was attentive to the house. Perfect location for hospital in Mesa. Super safe neighborhood and quiet. Close to grocery stores & gyms. Ideal set up for travelers!
