Amazing

I had a great experience during my three-month stay. Alyssa was kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with throughout my time there. The apartment had everything I needed and truly felt like a home. The location is amazing, as it's close to several beaches and fun places to check out. It's also a very safe and comfortable neighborhood. Overall, I'm really grateful for such a positive experience!

Cozy and accommodating

A went above and beyond for being a great host! Quick to respond to any questions. Location is central in Little Saigon. I overpacked expecting the place to not be as accommodating as it was. Kitchen is stocked including great storage for spices and roomy pantry. It's updated and clean as well as the bathroom. The bathroom includes additional towels of various sizes if you didn't bring many towels and/or doing laundry. Room includes a ceiling fan, dimmer for the light, a plug in fan if needed, extra bedding, TV, hangers, and well organized closet. Bed was comfortable with an added mattress memory foam topper. Both TVs allow access to multiple streaming apps if you don't already have some! Patio has a fire pit/seating. I was fortunate to be there during the summer to enjoy the pool too! The keypad lock was convenient as oppose to a key and the parking spot is close by. The recommendations I have is to bring bug spray due to all the vegetation around and Harbor St. can be trafficy
