Great place! Very cozy with all the amenities needed. Area felt safe with gated entry. Melissa was such a great host- I had no issues while I was there, but she was always just a text away. Would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Seattle!

Perfection!!

My fianc and I stayed at this wonderful home for three months this summer, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place was absolutely perfectclean, comfortable, well-equipped with everything we needed, and felt very safe. Melissa was truly exceptional. She was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions we had, making us feel right at home. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our stay was enjoyable did not go unnoticed. If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

M is an awesome landlord and was always very responsive if there was an issue with the condo. The courtyard area is really well maintained and is a great place to sit and soak up some sun! This condo comes with everything you need, I highly recommend it!

Great City Spot

M is awesome! Never had a problem with communication or doubts about living here. Upgraded appliances and a very cozy space. She helped me address any issues I had and made me feel at home here. The spot is close to a few hospitals, I didn't drive once to a shift at First Hill. Quiet building with friendly neighbors if I saw them in passing. The neighborhood also felt really safe. Hardly any homeless or any reasons to feel unsafe living there or walking around. I had my car parked near the building and never had any issues. Been traveling for awhile and this was one of my favorite spots!
