I had a great experience here! Rachel was a great roommate/landlord and keeps a very clean space. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil you could possibly need. My commute downtown to work was very walkable, and the other neighbors in the building were super friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Pleasant stay

I had a great experience sharing this beautiful space with an awesome host! Easy commute to Beverly hospital and a wonderful area to take daily walks. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a nice place to rest while working away from home.

Great place in Salem

R's place was perfect for me during my travel contract at Beverly Hospital. The room itself was clean and comfortable. R was a great roommate and landlord, very easy to share a space with! This place was under a 20 min commute to the Hospital and was close to downtown. The floors are a bit creaky since it's an older building with that said the upstairs neighbor tends to be up walking/stomping throughout the night (if you're a really light sleeper this might be a problem), which at times would wake me up but I would still stay here again. Also, there was always plenty of free street parking, I never had to park more than 1-2 houses down during my entire stay!

Definitely Would Recommend!

The private bedroom in R's apartment is exactly what I needed for my travel assignment at Salem Hospital! R is an easy-going and respectful roommate and a great landlord. The furnished room and access to her kitchen appliances was very convenient. The downtown is also within walking distance with a sidewalk the entire way. I never had to worry about finding a parking space on the street (free street parking), and the 5 minute commute to the hospital made this place ideal! Definitely would recommend!
