Spacious, comfortable, cozy!!!!
We rented this spacious unit for around 5 months and absolutely loved it. The landlords were very easy to work with and professional. They were always very prompt to get back to us. Everything was very clean and worked well for us with a very nice updated kitchen. We felt safe in the neighborhood and there was the Belmar shopping center within walking distance that made it a very convenient location for us. The garage parking space was also a huge bonus. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a hassle free, affordable, and cozy rental.

Cozy!
I stayed in this space for 3 months while working as a travel PTA. This space was everything I needed and more. It is conveniently located West of Denver which made it easy to drive into the city or drive up into the mountains (which I did most weekends). The rental space was extremely comfortable with all basic necessities and it was also convenient having a washer and dryer. Jordan and his partner were very responsive (even when they were out of the country on vacation). I would highly recommend this space if you are looking for housing in the area!
