Disappointing and inconsiderate
We rented Bill's place with a 2 month lease and an agreement to go month to month after that. We were looking to buy a home in Pdx and needed flexibility, which I was very clear about. Nearing the 2 month period, I contacted Bill's manager to tell them they had mail. She replied with a notice that we had to vacate the premises in 3.5 weeks as Bill had rented the place to a friend. We had no where to go and only 3-4 weeks to find a place. I ended up having to pay double what I was paying, as there was only one option on FF, (due to little time in advance.) It was incredibly stressful. There was never even an apology! The place is incredibly cluttered, the refrigerator is broken and the home is very worn. Sorry for the bad review, but I sincerely feel it is deserved.

Great space!
The location was very convenient for everything along with being in a quiet and kid friendly neighborhood. The owners were super easy to work with and the move in/out process was straightforward. Would 100% recommend staying here for other couples or young families as this house offered us everything we needed!

Great Stay
B's house is very spacious and in a great location. Move-in and move-out were very straightforward. Nice neighborhood with plenty of free street parking. Would recommend.
