Birdhouse Stay

Great property with everything you need for a longer term stay! The unit was comfortable and the neighborhood felt very safe. Owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Overall, a great stay and would recommend to anyone needing a place close to downtown.

Great experience at the Birdsong Studio

Excellent property for a single individual that is close to Downtown Knoxville and close to majority of the essentials one needs such as grocery stores, gym, and etc. The owner responds quickly if something needs to be addressed, and makes sure that you feel welcomed as well. I really enjoyed my stay at the Birdsong Studio, and will definitely reach out to the owner again if I need a place while staying in Knoxville.

Great studio house!

We really enjoyed staying at this studio house. Its cute and cozy and close to the center of Knoxville. It has everything you need and the bed is so comfortable! The property manager is easy to work with, knowledgeable and very responsive to requests. We were so glad to have this home to stay in when we needed it!
