Very comfortable and spacious place to unwind while being conveniently located close to downtown Sioux Falls. Lived here while doing contract work at Sanford. Unit is cozy and desirably private. Very clean, safe, and quiet. Lived here throughout the summer and enjoyed many walks through the neighborhood. The host was absolutely wonderful and checked in here and there to make sure all was well. Would highly recommend!

Not bad

Stayed for night shift contract work, the location is amazing for downtown and the neighbors were nice when I did talk to them. I found parking to be a bit difficult since most of the street parking isn't available due to a fire hydrant or the neighbors not wanting me to park so close to their driveway and the only driveway parking available was sometimes taken by other renters/neighbors/difficult to park in due to snow. Besides the parking, the overall space was nice. The owner responds to things quickly and gave notice when he would enter the house no matter if I was there or not. It is kinda small, so if traveling with a pet or partner keep that in mind. Oh and the carpet in the living room left weird hairs all over my feet/socks/pet or really anything that touched it.

Studio with Great Location & Host

My stay was perfect! The studio unit was so homey plus had everything I needed. Lovely bathroom and the floors are warm:) It was very clean & smelled great! Overall it was a perfect location to Avera, downtown & a few grocery stores nearby. The host was accommodating and checked in once a month to make sure I had what I needed. 5/5 and hope to stay here again when I'm in Sioux Falls next!
