Best Host!

Kaitlyn was a wonderful host and very tentative. I stayed for 6 months and absolutely loved it. I stayed in both unit B and C. B is great because of the laundry and lots of natural light. C is great because it's slightly larger and has a bigger bed. Both are great options. Kaitlyn was always prompt with any concerns and has two beautiful properties. Would have stayed longer if I could have and would stay again if I find myself in Denver again! The only downside to C is no laundry but it's definitely doable. I found the units to be a bit chilly in the winter but Kaitlyn was prompt with getting an extra space heater and was so accommodating! Thanks K!

Awesome location

VERY much loved the location of this rental- walking distance to coffee shops (shout out to Kaladi on Evans Ave), Walgreens, and restaurants; 5 mins or less to Swedish Medical Center and Advent Porter. This particular unit does not have a washer and dryer, but was about an eight minute drive from a great laundromat. SUPER comfortable queen mattress and tons of linen. I felt safe in this nice quiet neighborhood, always had ample street parking, and neighbors were friendly. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything I needed. My only dislike was that the unit did get quite cold in the winter months (I am a cold wimp) but there were fans and space heaters available for use in the unit while I was home. A new fence was also just placed for privacy :) Would definitely rent from Kaitlyn here again!

Great Stay at Unit B

This property was great, and I really enjoyed my stay here. They were supper accommodating as I was a student completing clinical rotations in the area. This unit is great for short term contracts and students. This property is in a great location and nearby to a variety of grocery stores, restaurants etc. K was very response, frequently checking in and ensuring my stay was going as planned. I highly recommend this property :).

Great Location

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location! Everything looks just like the pictures! K is a great landlord very communicative and helpful! Would definitely rent from her again! :)

Great location and cozy/comfortable apartment!

I loved living here! So many great aspects that made it an enjoyable experience. First, K the owner was awesome, she was very friendly and great at communicating, she really wants her renters to have a good experience! There was always street parking and the apartment is just a short walk from the street. The neighborhood is quite, and as a single female I always felt safe in the area which was great. Its walkable to coffee shops and breweries which was really fun as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, the bed/bedroom was comfortable, and the bathroom has a decent amount of storage in addition to the laundry. If the opportunity arises I'd like to stay here again and would recommend it!

AMAZING apartment in a great location

I am a student doctor and stayed here for 3 months and LOVED it. The apartment is perfect size for a single person or couple and is beautifully decorated to feel like your own home. It comes with anything you could need for an apartment including dishes, towels, sheets, appliances, and more. The apartment itself sits under some trees which keeps it cool in the summer months. There is no washer/dryer however numerous laundromats nearby (wash em up was my go-to). The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the university campus with lots of parks within walking distance and I always felt safe walking as a single female. Depending on traffic you can be downtown in about 15-20 minutes, which is perfect if you want to visit the city without being in the middle of it. Plenty of street parking available and the neighbors are very friendly! K is amazing and there to help with anything you would need, I would recommend this to anyone visiting Denver for months at a time!
