Comfortable, private 1BR/1BA in a fully furnished home, in Memphis, TN

Awesome stay!!

I stayed here for 6 months!! Would highly recommend Sarah Lo. She is a great roommate and her place is very nice!! Would stay here again if I did an assignment in Memphis again!!

Great stay!

I stayed here for 5 months and overall it was a great experience. S is a great hostess and makes you feel at home immediately. It is in a good location and is relatively central to most places to go in Memphis. Your bedroom, bathroom, and private living area are separate so you have plenty of privacy. I highly recommend and will stay again if I am in Memphis!

Best Stay in Memphis

I loved staying at this property. My hostess was extremely gracious and kind. She made my stay feel like I was a 5-star hotel! The home is clean and well stock for home cooking and had all the amenities of home. The close proximity to public transportation, restaurants, parks, and shopping was great as well. If you are ever in Memphis and need a cozy, safe, and comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend this property!!!!

I loved staying at this property. I felt safe. It was quiet. I had no issues with my host Sarah. She was awesome during my entire stay. I would recommend this property to rent. Im a travel nurse and would rent again if I could.

Cozy & Centrally located

This home is very cozy and comfortable. The keypad makes for easy entrance and I loved that there is a security system installed as well. The room is very well decorated, has black out curtains and everything you would need for your stay. S always went out of her way to make sure that I had everything that I needed. It is also located close to Poplar Ave where there is many grocery stores and restaurants!
