Our area is full of life and peace.
Wake up to the loons early in the morning and go to bed listening to the owls.
Watch the turkeys or the fox cross the yard.
Go for a walk back in the woods or make a day trip and go north for a hike.
45 minutes to the ski destinations ocean, lakes region, and hiking....
Beautiful old cottage cabin. Craftsman style. Knotty pine through out. You would get a lot of land if you bought enough canned goods during the Great Depression. Coffee and canned veggies would get you a lot. Imagine if your local grocer did that for you!
The home is tucked in a cozy lake community with a private beach, lake, marina and roads. to say the least, it is private! Old cottage with updatedcharm and new homes going up often with paved roads. Everyone is wonderful and everyone travels from all over, guests, renters and homeowners alike! 15 minutes from Canobie Lake Park, Tuscan Village, and Vineyards. only 40 minutes to Seaport Boston. This is a great area to live!
