Beware
They charged me a full month's deposit which seemed odd as most FF owners are charging around $300. I did not find out until after I moved out why he was charging a full month's deposit. He wanted to keep it. It took several texts, emails, and calls threatening to report them to the Attorney General to finally get my full deposit back after 75 + days. They are required to give it back within 45 days. Beware
