Im compelled to share my experience at this property, as it was, without a doubt, a complete rip-off and a distressing ordeal. The condition of the house was deplorable, with constant disrepair and a lack of responsiveness from the "landlord"(Landlord Harassment). The property photos are outdated, and despite numerous requests for repairs, nothing was addressed. The situation was exacerbated by the behavior of the current tenants. One woman, by the name Chirri who is in her mid-forties, created a hostile environment. She would throw away our food, hide kitchen utensils, and lie about her actions. Her behavior was manipulative and deceitful, including leaving threatening notes in shared spaces. Her control issues extended to the furniture and general cleanliness of the house, which she deliberately neglected to ensure others had to clean up after her. Another tenant, Matthew, displayed severe emotional instability and substance abuse issues (Alcoholism). His interactions were fraught with social awkwardness, and he would frequently offload his emotional burdens onto others. His fear of the woman led to a toxic environment where manipulation and hostility became common. When we tried to distance ourselves from him, his behavior became increasingly erratic and aggressive. Our stay began with the intention of finding stability after escaping an unsafe environment. However, we faced constant harassment from both the landlord and the tenants. The landlord, Cooper, showed a complete disregard for our situation, failing to conduct a proper background check or address the issues we faced. He conspired with the tenants to evict us under false pretenses and did not care to give us our deposit the day he kicked us out. The property itself was the worst house in the neighborhood, poorly maintained, and with frequent disturbances, including loud children on weekends. The overall lack of cleanliness and safety, coupled with the toxic behavior of the residents, made this a nightmare experience.If you value peace and safety, I strongly advise against considering this place dont let the rental price fool you. It clearly states on Furnish Finder not to wire funds which is the only payment method Cooper uses, clearly this whole ordain is scandalus. Its clear that the landlord and the tenants do not prioritize the well-being of their residents.

Property owner was a great man to work with, always fast responding. Bed was comfortable, the smart TV and Wi-Fi were great amenities. The kitchen, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer all worked just fine. The town of Sanford had plenty to offer for my days off, I stayed busy. It was a superb stay for my 13 weeks.
