warning to potential tenants
The only positive aspect of this property is the beautiful view. Unfortunately, the living experience was extremely negative. The owner and landlord, who lives on-site, engages in behavior that goes beyond reasonable property management. On a regular basis, she goes through tenants garbage, opens trash bags, photographs their contents, and sends images to tenants with complaints. This felt intrusive and inappropriate. She frequently sends unsolicited complaint messages, including questioning why patio lights are on outside of hours she personally dictates. She monitors tenants from her window and sends messages criticizing routine activities, including when dogs are taken outside. She also entered a private patio area without notice. This conduct created a highly stressful living environment. The unit is poorly maintained, with very old appliances and multiple broken or outdated features. Prospective tenants should proceed with caution
