Exceptional

So many good things with this condo. Attached garage, washer and dryer, gated complex that's properly maintained and in a safe and good neighborhood. There is someone above you, but very seldom do I hear them and they are respectful of the quiet hours. Many good restaurants close by. This condo will be my number one pick if I return to the area.

Above and beyond!

Zac was very responsive and accommodated our short term rental needs. We stayed in the home for about four months and we were extremely comfortable. The home has everything you need with all of the extra finishing touches, which made our stay very comfortable. The home is well appointed, friendly neighbors and a safe area close to downtown Gilbert and downtown Chandler. We highly recommended Zac’s home! Very easy to communicate with and all necessary information such as door code, mailbox, Wi-Fi, etc was very much appreciated.

Zach is a great host. My girlfriend and I stayed at the property for 2 months and enjoyed every minute of it. The property has a nice 2 car garage which seems to be hard to find. The apartment is quite spacious. The bathrooms are both great and the shower in the master bathroom is fantastic. Plenty of closet space as well. Zach provides almost everything you would need. We had a few minor issues while at the property that were taken care of promptly thanks to the owner and the site manager. The pool is huge and the community felt very safe. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

It was perfect!

It was perfect for what we needed moving to the Phoenix area and our search to find a house. It was clean, nice, comfortable for my wife and 2 dogs. Property was great and host was awesome and very helpful!

Cozy and clean

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. We had our dog and our almost 2 year old daughter with us. This condo was super clean, safe and had plenty of things to do in walking distance. There was a small park right in front of the place or a huge park within walking distance. There was a nice walking and bike path right around the corner. Chandler downtown was very close and a neighborhood Walmart right across the road. Z was an amazing host and always was willing to help us if we needed anything. We were very grateful to find such a family friendly place to stay. We will always keep this place in mind if we ever come back.

ZAC IS AMAZING!!

Myself and my roommate had the great pleasure to stay in Zs property as traveling workers. Z is a very accommodating gentleman with a gorgeous home! I also travel with my pets and was able to do so in Zs home with ease. We all loved it! :-) His home was immaculate upon move in and the open living floor plan made for easy clean up and accessibility to the kitchen, dining and living room. The bedrooms do have doors for privacy. The master suite has a HUGE shower and vanity while the additional full bath has an extra deep tub perfect for soaking after a long day of work. The condo property also has a green path for dogs (yes! There are waste stations with bags). The property Is minutes from stores (you can literally walk to Wal Mart and Walgreens) . The town of Gilbert is five minutes up the road with a variety in stores and restaurants. I LOVE Gilbert, AZ. Zs home is also maybe 2-3 miles from the interstate, getting around happens in a snap! Message Z, his home is PERFECT!

Exceeded Every Expectation!!

This place exceeded my expectations by 1,000%!!! I loved everything about it. It was beautiful, modern, spacious, organized and very clean, I loved the fully stocked kitchen and carefully picked out decor and ambiance. I truly had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it! Also, renting from the owner directly was such a great experience. Z was a pleasure to deal with as he is very accommodating, attentive, responsive and made sure all questions I had at anytime were answered promptly! He was very thoughtful and kind and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my 1 month stay! Lastly, the location is perfect, easy access to everything, restaurants, shopping, parks, running trails and so much more. I couldnt have stayed at a better place than this one! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! :)

AMAZING PLACE!!

This place was nothing short of amazing! Very clean, organized, and up to date. We moved from LA and stayed for a month before going back for work and I cant say enough good things about this place. The location is to die for and the community is amazing as well. You cant go wrong with this place no matter the occasion for your stay. 10/10!
