We are located in a safe, peaceful and upscale neighborhood very close to Swedish Edmonds Hospital and close to Lynnwood area.
Lots of free parking right in front of our two car garage in our wide driveway area that can accommodate parking for 4 to 6 cars.

Great place to stay! The location is wonderful. Edmonds is a cute little town away from the city but an easy drive away for events. Loved having the water just a 20 min walk away from the house. The landlords are so kind and welcoming and even brought us treat occasionally! Would highly recommend:)
Me and 2 friends (all travel nurses) absolutely loved living here the last 6 months! The house is nicely updated and the large kitchen is phenomenal. Letty is extremely kind and welcoming to rent from! Less than 2 miles from downtown Edmonds meant we were frequently visiting the beach and exploring shops. The upstairs does get warm in the summer but there were plenty of fans provided. Thank you!

Been working in different hospital as a Nurse / Cardio Tech. and Retired 5 yrs ago and now concentrating on our other business which a Home care Industry. Happily married, one daughter who is also a Registered Nurse with two kids. Love this home that we also used as ARBnB/ for already 5 yrs. Our home is close to Sweedish Edmonds Hosptial about a mile away and less than a mile to downtown Edmonds with variety of restaurants, beach,botique, shops in the heart of downtown Edmonds, ferry and waterfront Marina. our home is in an upscale and peaceful , safe neighborhood.
