Rooms are located in large California ranch style home on a 22 acre working horse farm. Quiet, convenient location with walking/hiking wooded trail on an 100 acre subdivision with a creek. Owner is a professional and rooms and house have been and will continue to be cleaned professionally on a monthly basis.
Space
I only want to rent to one person, but can have visitors or guests on occasion. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd one has a twin bed and a small couch and comfy chair. Used to have a desk in it. Replaced with the bed, but there is enough room to set up a workspace if needed.
Neighborhood overview
Basically in Apex, (surrounded by Apex and takes 7 min to get to Main Street there) but with different zoning (large lots so more room). Several neighbors have horses, and there are trails to walk and ride on.
