Wonderful Stay!

I stayed here for a few months for work in the fall of 2025, and it was everything I could ask for and more. The location was perfect - I loved walking around the neighborhood and could even walk to the plaza midwood area! Audrey was a very responsive host and helped us with any issues we were facing. As a young woman, I felt extremely safe in this home! I was always able to find street parking nearby, and could easily commute anywhere I needed thanks to being right off the highway exit. I thought the value we got for this place was an absolute steal and I would 100% stay here again if I needed it!! I was sad to go!

Great Option!

The apartment looks just like how it's depicted in the picture, floors and kitchen come shiny and clean. It's in a great location as well as it's a short walk from the Blue Line and it's a reasonable walk to the heart of uptown

Convenient and cute

We enjoyed staying here for May 2023. Convenient location near a variety of fun spots in Charlotte! Would recommend to anyone looking for a short term stay. Cute furnishings and larger master bedroom!

Gonna miss this place

My boyfriend and I were travel nurses at Atrium Health Pineville, but wanted to live closer to the city & this home couldn't have been more perfect for what we needed! A was always very quick to respond and helpful when we had questions, she even provided us with an awesome list of the different surrounding neighborhoods and bars/food/fun things to do. Extremely close to the highway ramp so getting to Pineville in the morning only took about 20 mins. It was a 10 min walk to the train which we would sometimes ride down to southend. The neighborhood felt safe, we never had issues finding parking, our amazon packages would get delivered straight to our doorstep & regular mail into the mailbox. Home was spacious and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!
