Super Host

A family member and I split a month stay so my portion was only a couple weeks. Altogether, we enjoyed the location of this cute colonial rental and the proximity to shopping, hospitals, schools, and downtown. The high ceilings and tall windows offer a spacious feel throughout and decor is fresh and inviting. The kitchen is big and wonderful to have a large French door refrigerator, electric stovetop, microwave, convection oven, drip coffee maker, full size washer and dryer. The most appreciated feature during hot summers is the central AC that kept the entire place cool. The queen room has 3 closets! Both beds were very comfy. Melissa was a pleasure to communicate with, and check-in/out was very straightforward.

Great place to travel with pets!

Melissa and her husband were incredibly easy to work with. They always responded to our texts promptly, and small repairs like replacing the battery on the door or a door handle in the apartment were executed within 24 hours! payments are easy, and everything is laid out in a way that is easy to understand. They worked with us on extending our lease for a couple weeks, and promptly returned our security deposit on time! I highly suggest their stays, and hope I get to work together with them in the future. This apartment was the perfect size for my fianc, myself, our 30 pound dog, and our cat. The yard is fenced in and separate from the other unit so you can keep an eye on your dog without having to leave the doorway. lots of nature surrounding the area, and you can even see the mountains from the kitchen window!

Amazing Apartment

I lived at this apartment for a year while working as a nurse in Salem. It is conveniently located in short driving distance to LewisGale and Carilion Hospital. I had some unplanned circumstances come up and Melissa and her husband were able to accommodate me very easily. It made a very stressful situation so much easier. The yard is wonderful for dogs and the neighbors were friendly. I would certainly recommend this property!

Perfect find!

This is a lovely apt. The furnishings are modern and very cute. The apt is very cozy and spacious even though it's a smaller apt compared to the other unit in the building. It is fully equipped with everything you need. The only issue I had was there were no bedside tables in the bedrooms. This was something that I did not bring up to the owners but Im sure if I had, they would have accommodated me because the owners are very responsive and easily accessible. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe with plenty of parking. The yard is huge and great if you have a dog. It is a very dog friendly place. It's the first place I've stayed that I knew most of the neighbors on the cul-de-sac by first name. They are very nice and look out for each other. I really enjoyed my stay and would most definitely stay there again.

Definitely recommend!

This place is cute and cozy! The neighbors are all fantastic and super friendly! It was a less than 10 minute drive to the hospital. The owners respond quickly and make sure you have everything you need to make you feel at home! 10/10 recommend! Would definitely stay again if ever in the area!
