Positive experience

This place was nice and clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more. They went above and beyond when it came to supplies, which was very nice. It had a lot of storage upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs had the washer and dryer and the upstairs was carpeted but completely empty. The furniture was comfortable, the recliner and couch were a bonus for my husband. The two bedroom and layout of the house was nice for a night shifter sleeping during the day and my husband carrying on during the day, never woke me up. The garage was nice for the winter, so I didnt have to scrape the windshield, as well as a place to store our bikes. The place was perfectly located to surroundings needed as well as a short drive to the hospital. Great place for our stay and would stay again!

Wonderful Rental

This is a beautiful rental with all the basic necessities for cooking and living, plus lots of bonus extras. Your drive to work will take you 5-10 minutes if you work at the main Avera or Sanford hospital, no matter what day of the week it is. And, though you are right near a main road, the street is still very quiet and there are good neighbors. You will be in a very safe neighborhood. The house has great Wi-Fi, heating and cooling, and washer/dryer. You will have to wash your dishes by hand, but its a small trade-off for such a terrific house. If you work nights the house is bright so you will need to darken the windows because there are not blackout curtains. I used thick trash bags and painters tape and it worked just fine. There is a great dog park on Ellis Road about 10 minutes away, and I highly recommend the sculpture walk downtown. H is very good at communicating and taking care of anything that needs done on the property. This was, by far, my favorite travel nurse rental

Prefect Home Away From Home

This is a very comfortable, beautifully updated, centrally located home! It has so much space with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The homeowners are some of the best people you'll ever meet. They are responsive, accommodating, and so kind and thoughtful. I stayed here for 3 months and was hoping for at least another 3, but my job had other plans.
