Perfect Tiny House

What an amazing tiny house! It was perfect for what I needed - a place to stay during the gap between my previous rental and my new job. It was everything I needed, including the best air fryer I've ever used! Beautiful yard to lay out in the sun or play disc golf! It's walking distance to the hot spots in NODA - whether you want to have a drink, catch a show, or find a dog-friendly establishment for a craft beer and some wonderful food, this is the place to stay! For the solo females - You will be so safe here. I travel for work alone and I never felt scared at the tiny house. I highly recommend. Richard was a fantastic landlord. He was always there for me if I needed anything, made doing laundry easy, and went above and beyond to just be there for me as a friend when I needed advice or someone to talk to.

This is such a beautiful space with a lovely yard. There was an option to enjoy the fire in the evening and the coffee maker had the best coffee! Would definitely recommend!
