The home was absolutely beautiful clean, stylish, and perfectly maintained. The location couldnt have been better, making everything so convenient and enjoyable. On top of that, Lexi was amazing welcoming, responsive, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. I couldnt have asked for a better place or experience. Highly recommend!

Home away from home

I loved my stay at this property! I stayed in the master suite. The entire place was very clean and spacious. Everything you need is already in there, plus more! The host Lexie was very welcoming and easy to work with. She was also very organized and was always available for any questions or concerns. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe 100% of the time. Location gives easy access to Arlington food and shops as well as DC being 20ish minutes away. If youre working at Georgetown University Hospital, the commute to the shuttle stop is only about 10-15 minutes. I stayed for 9 months and was very sad to leave my home away from home!!!

STAY HERE

This was my all time favorite place staying in the DMV. I felt safe coming home late in the evening, the neighborhood is quiet and great for walking at any hour, multiple grocery stores very close and a Starbucks less than half a mile. The unit feels incredibly spacious and full of light which is not something you normally get with a lower unit. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my dog, she and I both loved being able to go out and sunbathe. Lexie was an incredible host! Anything you need - including recommendations in the area, she's easily reached and responsive. If you have the chance, stay here, you won't regret it.

Fantastic Stay

The owner Lexi is an amazing person. She made my stay very comfortable and pleasant. I felt like the area and house were safe. I never felt awkward or like a bother. The kitchen is fantastic to cook in, and the owner continues to improve the property. My room and bathroom were great and I would stay here again. The location is great right behing the hospital if you work there. DC is within 15 min, as well as plenty of shopping and food choices. Worst part of my stay was leaving. Thanks L!

Wonderful Travel Nurse Rental!

I absolutely loved my stay here and Ill be sad to leave when my assignment finishes! The unit is private from the house but has a ton of natural light because its at ground level. The kitchen is fully stocked (a rarity Ive found during my travel adventures), and as a plus its decorated very well which makes me feel like Im coming home every time I enter. The back yard is fenced in which is great for my dog, he loves all the space he gets. The surrounding neighborhood is very safe and I am never uncomfortable walking my dog in the dark alone. Lexie is an awesome landlord, too. I worked at Washington Hospital Center in DC (25-40 min commute depending on shift) but Virginia Hospital Center is a 2 block walk away. Id recommend this unit to anyone that wants a quiet, private rental with a spare room to stay in (or a great shareable unit for a pair of travelers!).
