Very nice remodeled home for female nurses

Not a good place

The place is not in the condition shown here and price is not as advertised. The place is run down and not maintained. There are bug, rat, and mold issues. I would not recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, I only have 1,000 characters and can't share photos. BEWARE: This property is unhealthy and mismanaged. Photos don't match the current condition at all. The rent is not as advertised. Room was not available until 1 month after my contracted move-in date. The room was dirty, dusty, and made me physically ill (chest tightness and hives). Dark mold, ants, termites, and rodent traps. AC units were filthy, and parts of the house had holes from termites that were covered up by duct tape. Exterior had chipping paint, hornet's nests, black dust. Landlord (Ohana Home Solutions) was unresponsive for days. I moved out as soon as possible based on my doctor's advice. 2 moves in 4 days + $300 dollars more in rent. The other reviews are suspicious - only 2023? 2 negatives with landlord responses Jan. then rave reviews Feb? It's a shame. The place could be great but as it is now - it should be inspected for habitability and get better management.

Very nice house in the perfect location!

I stayed at this property last year during the spring. The location is great! There is shopping and dinig within walking distance. And the beaches are only a short drive away. The house is clean, spacious, fully remodeled and furnished. Perfect place for a working professinal. The large deck is a great place to relax after work. It is hard to find properties like this in Honolulu. This house has been gutted inside and out and made brand new. It is super clean, nice neutral tones inside, and perfect location. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful Large Open Newly Remodeled

Property was completely remodeled, both inside and out and was very clean. The ceiling height on the top level is significantly higher than many other properties in Hawaii, giving it a feeling of openness. The balcony at the top is huge too. The property sits next to a main road but the neighborhood is very nice and safe. It's also a perfect place to stay if you work in the downtown area or don't want to pay outrageous prices for beach front. Everything, including amazing beaches are only a short drive away.

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy still under construction. At the time of stay was told private bathroom, weekly cleaning, tv in every room. Needless to say this was falsely advertised. Landlord would not reply back /silenced notifications. If he did reply he downsized the importance of your concerns stating we were being particular. . Severe health issues from the dirt, bugs, termites, and mice leaving droppings. Waking to bug bites daily. Extremely noisy and dirty. Upper deck rotted from termites. Not worth any stars. But forced to give one.

DO NOT RENT HERE!

Sewage smell in the bathrooms now moving into the bedrooms. Electrical issues. Rats, bugs and termites. The landlord gave me sticky traps for the rats. They catch them but then I have to kill them. Unsanitary, unacceptable and uninhabitable. Landlord is deceptive and barely responsive.
