Great people, good location
My husband and I rented a room for a year. Lana and her daughters made us feel very welcome since the day we got there until the day we left. The house is beautiful with some storage for renters. We also loved that we had our own area to watch tv. The location was good, even for a drive to UW Montlake took about 45 minutes. I would definitely rent here again if we were to ever move back to Washington :)

Felt like home away from home
L* is one of the best/sweetest/caring people you will ever meet! She made us feel at home, and listened to any concerns we had. Clean house, friendly critters, and spacious. Great experience, and 10/10 recommend for anyone
