Five Star Rental

I’ve had the pleasure of renting from Christie and Holly on two separate occasions. Each rental was greater than six months. This house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. In fact, after staying here, I had to find out where they bought the mattresses so that I could buy one for home! As a landlord, Christie responded to all questions and needs immediately. I have traveled a lot for work and have never had this level of care! She treated me like family. I wish she owned houses in all of the cities that I work!

HORRIBLE!

Beware of this property company. They have two properties listed on furnished finders. Do not trust them! I could get into a lot of examples, but the largest issue was the house had mice that damaged the A/C ductwork. As a result I had to move out of the property. I was assured that I would be reimbursed my deposit and the month of rent that I had already prepaid for. After moving out the owner ignored my calls, texts, and emails and never returned my money. Every encounter that I had with the property owner, she was rude and unprofessional. I have been traveling for 6 years and this was the absolute worst experience I ever had with a rental property.
