#1 Room has a queen sized bed, walk in closet and private bathroom ( $800.00). As of 5/27/26, there is a current tenant)
#2 and #3 Rm 2 has a queen sized bed while Rm 3 has a full sized bed and both share a neat Jack and Jill shower / bathroom. Both rooms have a private powder room and sink.
All 3 rooms have their own smart TV and small refrigerator.

Gods Plan
I always fell God sends me places with a purpose and plan in place and Florences home is a perfect example of this. From Day one I was welcomed by her and her family. Even her dog liked me and snuck up to my room for company when they were away. They were not intrusive of my space and made me feel at home in the common areas. I am grateful for their hospitality and love. I was even invited to a family holiday party I am humbled by Gods goodness in my stay in that area. He always has a plan and His plans are always for our good according to Jer 29:11.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay
This was my very first stay in the United States, and I honestly feel so lucky to have found Florences home. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Her home is incredibly clean and beautifully kept everything was neat, organized, and thoughtfully arranged. Its the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease. More than that, there was a real warmth to the whole place. It never felt like I was just renting a room it felt like I was part of a home. The peaceful environment made it easy to settle in, even though I was in a completely new country, living alone for the first time. Ive already told my friends about this place, and Id absolutely come back if I ever get the chance. Im truly grateful. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Outstanding Stay in a Safe and Quiet Neighborhood with a Caring Host
My wife and I stayed with Florence for three months, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The house is in a super safe and quiet neighborhood, making it perfect for a peaceful stay. The property itself was spotless and meticulously maintained, showing the great care Florence puts into her home. Florence was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stayalways available to help with anything we needed. We felt truly cared for and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying with Florence to anyone looking for a wonderful rental experience!
