Dining Room with beautiful lake view. The table seats six - but an extra leaf and chairs (stored in the garage) create a comfortable eight person seating for entertaining.
The Smart TV is 55 inches is hung on the back/South wall of the house. The couch is a 3 piece sectional from Macys which has a power recliner, a chaise lounge and USB ports. This is a large, well lit room with a cozy pellet stove and a stunning view of Wildcat Lake.
The shared laundry room is located downstairs. The washer and dryer were purchased brand new in 12/2022.
The Primary bedroom includes a King Sized Bed with Casper Mattress & Foundation and Raymond Waites Sheets. This room also has two reading chairs, a retro sheepskin area rug, and WiFi printer.
This is the shower in the Primary Bathroom Suite. This suite is adjacent to the Primary bedroom and includes a separate toilet and walk-in closet.
Guest Half Bath located in the downstairs hallway.
The Sun Room is one of the upstairs guest rooms. It features a lake view, Queen sized Casper mattress, Raymond Waite sheets, Quince bedspread, and a large closet. A bathroom with shower and bathtub is in the adjacent hallway.
This is the second upstairs bedroom. It features a Queen sized bed with Casper mattress, a trundle bed/couch with two twin mattresses, and a lake view.

    I lived a few miles West of Wildcat Lake from 1997-2018. I purchased this property in October 2022. It was always a dream of mine to live on Wildcat Lake. I am a former English Professor and 14x Ironman Triathlete. In the course of my years of triathlon training, I have, literally, swam every square foot of the lake! Currently, I spend the Winter months in Florida and the Summer months at this house on Wildcat Lake.
