I stayed here for about 2 months over the summer and the experience was great. The house has everything I needed. The kitchen has cooking utensils, dinnerware, and eating utensils. There is also a washer and dryer inside the house, which is very convenient. The bed comes with beddings and pillows and J is happy to provide any other things you might need like hangers for clothes. J is very responsive through message and quick to handle issues. Overall, it is a comfortable place to stay and J is a great host. Would recommend this to anyone.

The property had everything I needed. J was very fast at responding to all of my messages and handled issues if they came up. She is a lovely lady and is always very friendly when we interact. The space is large enough for 2 roommates to live together. The pantry, fridge, and living spaces are very accommodating for 2 people. Having my own bathroom was so great, I really appreciated the spacious room as well. J ensured the place was cleaned professionally between tenants, which was much appreciated! The little courtyard is such a lovely place to sit and enjoy breakfast. The indoor is comfortable with lovely seating arrangements.

J was a great host and provide everything I needed during my 3 month stay here for a clinical rotation. The house was furnished with everything I needed in the kitchen. Linen's and towels were provided for my use. Water temperature and pressure was fantastic in the shower and the A/C unit worked well during the summer heat. There are plenty of grocery stores and places to eat in the area and nearby parks for walks. I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this to any other tenant.
